1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms govern your use of ZM Gifts. By creating, publishing or paying for an invitation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. What ZM Gifts provides
ZM Gifts is a self-service digital invitation platform. Users can choose a template, enter event details, upload optional photos, preview the invitation and receive a shareable invitation link and QR code. Features may include animated openings, maps, countdowns, calendar links, email delivery and RSVP contact options.
3. Pricing and payment
The current standard price is AED 15 as a one-time payment for one published invitation, unless a different price or promotion is clearly displayed before checkout. There is no subscription for the standard invitation purchase.
Payment processing may be provided by Ziina or another disclosed payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any charges authorized through your payment method.
4. Preview before purchase
ZM Gifts is designed so that you can review the template and invitation details before final publication/payment. You are responsible for checking names, dates, venue information, spelling, photos and contact details before confirming your purchase.
5. Digital service and refunds
A published invitation is a digital service that becomes available for viewing, sharing, recording or reproduction immediately after activation. For that reason, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after publication. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please read the full Refund Policy.
6. Your invitation content
You retain ownership of content you provide, including your photos and event information. You give ZM Gifts a limited permission to host, process, resize, convert, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and your invitation.
You must not upload or publish content that:
- you do not have the right or permission to use;
- violates another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
- is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory or intentionally harmful;
- contains malware, malicious code or attempts to interfere with the service.
7. Photos and consent
If you upload photos of other people, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use those images in a shareable invitation. ZM Gifts may optimize, resize and convert images for performance.
8. Shareable links
Invitation links are intended to be shared with guests. You are responsible for deciding who receives the link. Anyone who has the link may be able to view the invitation and its content. Do not include information you would not want visible to invited guests or anyone to whom the link is forwarded.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep ZM Gifts available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, security events or other technical problems may occasionally affect access. We may improve, change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
10. Email delivery
When you provide an email address, we may send your invitation link and QR code to that address. Email delivery can be affected by spam filters, mailbox rules and third-party email systems. The on-site success page remains the primary confirmation of an invitation created successfully.
11. Intellectual property
ZM Gifts templates, layouts, animations, code, branding and other platform materials remain the property of ZM Gifts/ZM Softwares or their respective licensors. Buying an invitation does not transfer ownership of the underlying template source code, design system or platform.
12. Misuse and suspension
We may restrict, suspend or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, illegal content, payment disputes, violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
13. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZM Gifts is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service, links forwarded by users, inaccurate information entered by users, third-party services, internet outages or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
