WhatsApp wedding invitations

Send the invitation as a link. Let WhatsApp carry the message.

Create a wedding invite that opens cleanly on a phone, then share one link instead of forwarding a PDF or image that guests have to zoom.

Live designs

Wedding designs made for a tap-to-open experience.

Open any demo before you start. The demo uses sample details and does not create anything in the database.

How does a WhatsApp wedding invitation work?

You create the invitation on the website and receive a unique link. That link is the invitation. Send it through WhatsApp with a short message, and guests open the full page in their browser.

The useful difference is that the page can contain actions. Guests can tap for directions, add the event to their calendar or contact the RSVP person without copying information from a picture.

What should you write with the invitation link?

Keep the WhatsApp message short. The invitation page already contains the event details, so the covering message only needs to tell the guest what the link is and why you would love them to open it.

For example: “We would love you to join us for our wedding. We have put all the details in the invitation below. Please open the link and let us know if you can make it.”

Why a live link is easier than a PDF

A PDF or image is static. If someone wants directions they still need to search for the venue. If the timing changes, you have to send another version. A digital invitation puts the useful parts of the invitation inside the page itself.

A QR code can point to the same link, so you can also print the QR on a small card or sign without printing every event detail.

  • Readable on mobile without zooming
  • Open Google Maps in one tap
  • Add the event to Google Calendar
  • Contact RSVP by WhatsApp, phone or email
  • Share the same URL in WhatsApp, email or SMS

Use a demo before you send anything

Open the live demo on your own phone first. That is the fastest way to judge whether the typography, animation and spacing feel right. Once you choose a style, create the real invitation with your event details.

Frequently asked questions

How do I send a wedding invitation on WhatsApp?

Can the invitation have a map link?

Yes. Add a Google Maps link when creating the invitation and guests will see a directions button.

Can guests RSVP on WhatsApp?

The current invitation can show a WhatsApp RSVP button linked to the phone number you enter. It does not yet include a full RSVP tracking dashboard.
